Out of State or Phone/Email Orders
Please contact Abaloria with your custom order request. We can set up a phone meeting or start the design process through email. Please provide your contact information, along with specific color choices, sizes and any special requests. A photo of the dress and a quick description of the person who will be wearing the jewelry is all that's needed to get started.

International Orders
Please contact Abaloria to place your order by email or phone. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.

Design Process & Rush Orders
Typically the entire custom design process takes about 2 weeks, with an initial sample design within 5 - 7 business days. Please specify if this is a rush order.

Payment
Online purchasing is available through PayPal. You may also contact Abaloria by email or phone to pay with Visa, Mastercard, check or cash. For custom orders, half the amount of the order will be due when the order is placed. The balance will be due after the order has been shipped or picked up. Washington State residents will be charged sales tax at the King County rate, currently 9.5%. Tax is not included in the listed jewelry prices on the website.

Gift Wrapping
Each jewelry set is gift wrapped in a signature Abaloria gift box, tissue and gift bag.

Shipping
Jewelry will be shipped via United Sates Postal Priority Mail and arrive within 2 - 3 days. Signature confirmation is available upon request for an additional $3.00.

Returns & Repairs
Returns are accepted for a store credit or exchange, provided the request is received within 14 days of purchase and the item is in the same condition as when it was sent or purchased. Repairs are made free of charge for up to 6 months after purchase. Please contact Abaloria before mailing in your jewelry.
